Responsibilities

Accounting Responsibilities:

Financial Records:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Process invoices, receipts, and payments.

 

Budgeting:

• Assist in the development and management of budgets.

• Monitor expenses and financial transactions to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.

 

Financial Reporting:

• Generate financial reports for management review.

• Provide insights into financial trends and variances.

 

Tax Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.

• Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.

 

HR Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Participate in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.

 

Employee Relations:

• Address employee queries and concerns.

• Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.

 

HR Policies:

• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education:

Experience:

• Proven experience in both accounting and HR roles.

• Familiarity with accounting software and HRIS systems.
